Later on:

1) You send order form B (fax or mail) to travel agency.

2) The travel agency confirms you the availability of your accommodation. If your choice isn't' available, travel agency will propose you another similar accommodation.

3) Travel agency communicates the total amount and the method of payment.

4) You have to pay 50% of total amount within two weeks after the confirmation of travel agency, otherwise you lose your booking. You have to pay the settlement (50%) no lather than 1 month before your arrival at Montalcino.

5) After registration of the payment, the travel agency will send you the voucher. You will must show it arriving to hotel.
